Job Description:
- Senior-level SAP resource with 8+ years of SAP frontend BI (Business Objects) integration work with SAP back-end (BW and now HANA DB). End-to-end understanding of the SAP BI toolsets, which includes SAP Business Objects, Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office and Dashboards / Design Studio, as well as the connector configuration towards HANA DB (both enterprise and BW)
- Building complex Universes geared towards Self-service environments and adhering to the functional requirements, making sure that objects exposed from Self-Service model produce the correct report outcome with various permutations and combinations allowed to the end user.
- Experience in reporting methodologies, scheduled delivery of reports, ad-hoc execution of reports, metadata, drill-downs/through, and HANA views and Composite model using BW cubes.
- Build canned reports, some of which are quite complicated; adhering to leading practices fulfilling the required functional requirements- chart, line, bar, stacked bar, pie, tabular, cross-tab
- Create Technical specification for indicated Business Objects indicated artifacts.
- Support end users questions as it relates to the released Universes, Canned Reports, and end users reports.
- Provide data analysis, design, modelling, and implementation leadership to development team, functional team, and power / end users to ensure that reporting solutions are designed and aligned with AMR’s architectural direction.
- Understand HANA development so the views provided can be validated, and if gaps observed – recommend alternatives and improvements, as it relates to end design requirements of self-service Universes/Canned Report.
- Troubleshoot any report design and performance issues

- Building IS scorecards and custom Business Objects reports for Data Quality reporting
- Preparing ETL technical design documents
- Working independently, conduct assessments and meetings with client on SAP DS/IS capabilities
- Working on new initiatives and features. Developing case studies

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-experienced Agile professional to lead a project team at a major media organisation. This is an ongoing technology project being run on strict Agile principles.
The candidate must have the experience and seniority to deal with the day-to-day demands of the client in a dynamic and challenging environment – they will be expected to interface with senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/ or Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Experience of playing Agile coach / scrum master roles

• Demonstrable project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule
• Demonstrated program management skills with teams of up to 10 people
• Demonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget

Desired Skills and Experience
• Certified scrum master
• Experience with business process expertise around Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Vertical (i.e. Retail, Banking, Consumer Goods, Communications, Utilities etc.)
• Experience is delivering large scale process transformation program
• Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) will be added advantage
We are currently looking for an SAP Business Objects Design Studio. You will be responsible for the implementation of SAP Design Studio as part of a team of other BI Consultants.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Ability to follow the applicable design standards and ensuring that those designs are functionally and technically sound and integrated with other related system components.
- Data visualization/dashboard design experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience with SAP Design Studio or a minimum of 3 years using another visualization tool.
- Experience in building complex dashboards and guide customer team as well.
- Experience with the Design Studio scripting language.
- Experience of using both SAP BW and universe data sources
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to plan and be detail oriented, and deep problem solving skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and design an SAP support solution.
- Understanding of SAP lifecycle development.
- Experience with moderately complex SAP solutions with considerable customization beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with all aspects of application testing: unit, QA, integration, and performance.
- Ability to draft and execute test plans, and properly validate results.
- Ability to interact well with (and support) business users of the system.
- Follow established processes, policies, and procedures for designing, developing, and implementing system solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization (analyst to vice-president).
- Strong interpersonal and written skills.
- Relevant SAP Certification will be added advantage.
